About Ellen Swerdlow
Ellen Swerdlow established the Shadowridge Dance Center in Vista, Southern California in 1989 and she co-directed that center for about 20 years. She began her dance training at the Jerry Singers Dance Studio in La Puente California and she graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor's degree in dance in 1980. After graduatiing she danced with Israel's Bat-Sheva Dance Company and Karmon Dance Company and she performed professionally in Las Vegas, New York City, Munich, Germany. She has performed on stage and in films and she has judged and taught at dance conventions and competitions.
