IDO Indtroduction to 2018 Tap Worlds

An introduction by the International Dance Organization to the 2018 Tap Dance World Championships in Riesa, Germany.

The International Dance Organization’s World Tap Championships start tomorrow and will continue until Saturday 1st December 2018 at the SACHSENarena in Riesa, Germany.

The events are organised by FVG Riesa and IDO President Michael Wendt. 1,327 dancers from 19 nations and 5 continents are taking part.

The participating countries are:

Australia, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Russia, Slovenia, South Africa, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom and United States of America.

Bonnie Dyer from Canada will be the events Chairperson of Judges, IDO Vice-President from Slovak Republic, Hana Svehlova will be the events Supervisor whilst Vesna Huber and Ziva Laterner from Slovenia, will be the events Scrutineers. The official international adjudicators are:
