Peggy Sawyer arrives in New York City from Allenstown, Pennsylvania hoping to become a Broadway star. She achieves her goal, and in the process faces adversity, learns about show business, and learns which relationships are the most important in life.

The venue was the Theatre Royal Drury Lane and the production featured Grammy award winning Scottish singer Sheena Easton as Broadway star Dorothy Brock. The first preview was in March of 2017 and the production's closing day was in July of 2017.

2015 United States Tour
Troika Entertainment's "42nd Street" tour of the United States began in September of 2015 and included performances through January of 2017.
