Taipei Tap Dance Festival

The Taipei Tap Festival was an annual celebration of tap dancing first held in Taiwan in 2005. The Taipei Tap Festival was produced by Dance Works of Taipei. The event was also known as "Tap Tegether".

The Dance Factory Dance Company has regularly hosted the "Thai Together" since 2005. The 1st-day performance held from outside the Shihlin MRT station was expanded to a 10-day festival and became the annual key art event of the Huashan 1914 Cultural and Creative Park. The Taipei Tap Festival not only allows Taipei to become the first city in Asia to host an international strike festival, but also is an important promotion base for tap dance throughout Asia; every year, it attracts Japanese, Hong Kong, even European and other countries to come forward and come forward. The festival brings together the world’s top scorers from the United States, Japan and Taiwan to gather in a series of activities such as tapping study camps, tapping lectures, tapping impromptu nights, and tap dancing.
